Princess Theatre for the Performing Arts

The Princess Theatre began life as a livery stable in 1887 and became a vaudeville and silent-film hall in 1919 and then an Art Deco-style movie theatre in 1941. Since 1983, it's been Decatur's performing-arts center where international entertainers as well as local talent have appeared.
