Family-owned and -operated agribusiness Red Land Cotton, in Lawrence County, sells linens and towels made from its own cotton. From planting to harvesting to ginning and to manufacturing its own designs, Red Land Cotton is committed to keeping the process local and sustainable. An additional Red Land goal is to demonstrate that the farm-to-table concept can enhance the cotton industry. NOTE: Red Land’s retail store formerly was in downtown Moulton. That location has closed. A new retail shop will reopen Monday, Feb. 1, at Red Land’s farm & headquarters on County Road 213 in Lawrence County.
