Before submitting your MSNHA grant application, review the Grant, Partnership, and Sponsorship Guidelines below to ensure your potential project fits the work we fund. The Grants and Partnership Match Guide includes guidelines & examples for documenting your work. Understanding this process means a smoother & quicker path for reimbursement. Below, you’ll also find blank timesheet forms, in-kind documentation forms and the Grants and Partnerships Final Report form.
