LaGrange College was established in 1830 as Alabama’s first chartered college. Owned & maintained by the non-profit LaGrange Living Historical Association, the site now is a recreated pioneer village. Visitors also can tour the antebellum cemetery. No admission; welcome center open 1-4 p.m. Sundays.
